EXPERIENCE
2006 to present: Director, Partner Appreciation Program, National Non-Profit Supporting Wounded Veterans
As a contractor, created and manage a virtual call center program for a non-profit organization. Since inception this program has supplied part-time work-from-home for more than 100 severely wounded service members and caregivers.

Training, call center, client care, sales and marketing projects with varied industries assisting with start-ups and program expansions, creating customized training solutions, facilitating organizational change and employee development, implementing metrics and process improvement, managing sales and marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer care applications.
1991 to 1994: Director of Sales, Paramount Publishing, Deerfield, Illinois
Joined staff in July ’92 after consulting nine months to lead $25 million full account management telesales division in record year, selling training videos to business, government, and college markets. Concurrently operated sole proprietor consulting service during vacation time only.
1987 to 1991: Director of Sales and Marketing, Burgess, Anderson & Tate, Inc., Zion, Illinois
Was consultant and then assumed responsibility for sales and marketing of a $25 million office products dealership. Instituted customer service enhancements, outbound telemarketing, and database marketing.

Client care, sales, marketing, and call center consulting for various organizations; consulting projects for two clients ultimately developed into on staff positions listed above.
1981 to 1984: Manager of Market Support, Resort Condominiums International, Indianapolis, Indiana
Provided market support for resort developers in areas of targeting and lead processing. Created and managed a new owner contact center that produced a six figure operating profit and decreased cancellations by 50%. At that time the company was the largest vacation exchange network and listed for consecutive years in Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest growing private companies.
1979 to 1981: Marketing Assistant, INEDCO, Ltd., Indianapolis, Indiana.
Audio-visual training programs. Started as Salesperson then Regional Manager at American Salesmasters where I established and fostered cold call clients. Company became INEDCO. During company’s $7 million SEC stock offer, I served as Marketing Assistant.
1977 to 1979: Executive Director, Julia Jameson Health Program, Indianapolis, Indiana
Managed non-profit agency serving children with health problems. Administered $1 million budget, doubled number of participants through recruitment efforts, and began plans for a specialized asthma program.
