Peggy Ann (Francis) Robbins

With a consistent history of delivering results, I’ve held positions at individual contributor, manager, and director levels. I can analyze situations and develop aggressive and feasible action plans. I have handled many start up and expansion projects. It is easy for me to operate as a ‘Manager on Wheels’ when I’m plugged in for a period of time to manage key initiatives within an organization. I take ownership for project success. Because of the diversity in consulting projects I bring best practices from sales and marketing, manufacturing, direct marketing, retail, training, service, banking, technology, real estate, office products, insurance, travel, health care, automotive, staffing, and benefit administration industries.

I enjoy work related to client care and sales environments, staff enrichment, process improvement, and change management. My background with small and large organizations in marketing, field sales, inside sales, and customer care environments spans the full spectrum. For the last several years I have been managing a virtual call center program that I created for a non-profit organization to provide flexible part-time work for severely wounded service members and their caregivers. In the late 1990s, through several projects with Hewlett-Packard, I was involved in the centralization of U.S. personnel and payroll functions for 65,000 employees.

John R. Robbins

I am a resourceful and adaptable Program Manager with over 30 years experience in managing and performing simulation, analysis, technology development, and test of weapon systems and subsystems for the U.S., Germany, Japan, and NATO. I am also a detail oriented Proposal Specialist with over 15 years experience in writing proposals and managing successful proposal efforts for small and large businesses. My extensive experience has given me excellent communication, human relations, and organizational skills.

I am currently employed full time on a study of training requirements for the U.S. Special Operations Command. I will be available for proposal consulting in October 2011.
